It has fantastic and amazing location happy to make suggestions for local restaurants, in a local area. The room is impeccably clean, comes with free WiFi, a very good breakfast, for instance. The staff are friendly, and the host too.

My daughter and I loved being there. The breakfast was exceptional with views to garden, full English-freshly prepared, fresh eggs from garden hens and the restaurant food was brilliant! The location was amazing and fantastic, next to ferry, and city life and culture.

We stayed in an en suite queen room with a countryside view, excellant bed, as for instance. Everyone was accommodating as well as host. The setting was amazing, near good local pub/restaurants, Swindon and the ferry.

Everything was beautiful, helpful staff, amazing views over the front garden and countryside. The venue was in a countryside location just next door to the church of the village and Stratford-upon-Avon city centre. It also was in Stratford area. This hotel met the purpose in every way, can recommend.

The property seemed clean and the room was well-appointed. They offered tea, cereal, yoghourt, and fresh fruit for breakfast. The location was magnificent and the breakfast was astonishing. Further, it was adjacent to centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, and the ferry.

The breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of options to choose from. The sausages were particularly tasty, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The view from the breakfast room was also a highlight, overlooking a beautiful garden filled with birds and wildlife. It was a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and plenty of options for exploring the area.

There were a few things that were not up to par. The towels in the bathroom were not as absorbent or generous as expected.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, providing us with lots of information about the local area. The bed was big and comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows. The location was quiet with excellent views. Parking was free. The breakfast was great with a variety of options including croissants, fry ups, toast, cereals, and fresh coffee.

I felt a bit rude walking around the property in shoes as the carpet was so clean and pale. It would have been better if slippers were provided.

The room is huge and new-fashioned with excellent shower, everything is excellent. In addition to gorgeous and exceptional breakfast, the excellent service is offered.
